Switching phones with an IDMobile eSim


Hi all,

 

Cant seem to find the answer to this. Would love some help here :)

 

I have an eSim from ID Mobile, and am now switching phones (Iphone 13 to Iphone 16). How can I get my eSim on teh new phone?

To get a replacement eSIM, you can:

 

  • Use the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk.
