switching to an existing iD nunber

I’ve just started a 12 month plan with an eSIM. 
 

I have another phone on another network which has the number I wish to use going forward. 
 

Can I get a PAC to transfer that preferred number to my new iD without starting a second iD plan?

Hi there ​@grahamnoelbutler, you can transfer your number from another network over to us, correct. If you require an eSIM, please find out how to request one below:

      Sure ​@grahamnoelbutler , you would just need to get a PAC from the other network to bring the number over. You can then switch it here - Switch | iD Mobile Network

        I now have a PAC number. I’ll proceed as you suggest. 
         

        Just to be clear, I want to transfer that number to an existing iD phone account without starting a 2nd plan. That ok?

          I’ve commenced a switch to iD. I want to use an eSIM with that transferred number. How do I request that please?
