    You can increase your bill cap by following these steps:

     

    • Open the iD Mobile app or log in at my.idmobile.co.uk
    • Go to the Bills section
    • Select Manage bill cap
    • Adjust the slider to your desired amount (or enter the amount in the £ field)
    • Tap Save/Confirm to apply the change immediately
