Morning, 

I need to use an old phone temporarily whilst my phone is sent off for repair, how do I temporarily transfer the eSIM?

    I’m so sorry to hear that your phone is currently in for repairs. At the moment, there isn’t a way to temporarily transfer the eSIM to another device. The best option would be to request a physical SIM card and have it activated so you can stay connected while your handset is being repaired. Once you have your phone back, you can request a new eSIM and we’ll be happy to set that up for you.

     

    You can collect a physical SIM card from any Currys store, just take your passport or driving licence with you for ID verification.
