Hello, I transferred my O2 phone number to Id but when I text it comes through as the Id number. I have tried resetting the RCS and doing a restart, clearing the cache but nothing has worked. How can I amend this please to show my current number?

    Update: its now showing my current number from O2 which I want to keep but the RCS is showing as connecting. Do I just need to wait for it to connect or is there something you can do?

    Thank you for getting in touch, and I am so sorry to hear of the issues with your number and RCS related issues. 

     

    Kindly try a network reset to see if this improves the issue:

    • Open Settings
    • Tap General Management
    • Tap Reset
    • Select Reset network settings

    Hello, I completed the above and done a restart and its still showing as just connecting
