Hello all. Hoping for some help if possible please.

I recently switched over to ID from EE and received my temporary number. I successfully ported my old number  and the correct number is showing on the sim card setting etc. however, I was told today that people I’ve been texting have been receiving messages from my temp ID number and not my actual number. I’ve tried absolutely every option on here but nothing seems to work. I am unable to edit the SIM card number,I tried turning off RCS (which just resulted in no texts sending at all) and I’ve tried taking out the sim and placing it back in etc. I am using an android phone and still having no luck. I just want my normal number, and not my temp ID one when I’m texting others 
 

if anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
