I see many have had this issue before. For the last 4-5 days, I have not been receiving texts sent to my phone. This is blocking my ability to log in to any services (and these days there are many) that require 2FA. This used to work, but doesn’t any more.
I have turned Airplane mode on/off, restarted the phone, no joy. With dozens of saved wifi passwords, etc., I am loath to reset my network settings, especially since this isn’t guaranteed to work.
Given the repeated recurrence of this problem, what are ID Mobile doing to remedy the situation?
