My voicemail has stopped working. I have reported the issue and keep getting phone calls from iD asking if the problem has been resolved. I tell them it hasn’t and we go through the security system and I explain that I get messages that I have a new voice mail but that as soon as I try the number given - or any of the other numbers to access voicemail - I get a message that my voicemail has not been set up. I am then informed that they will send this on to the tech department. Two days later I get a call from iD asking if the problem has been resolved. This keeps going round and round and round and round. Can anyone confirm that there is someone at the company with any technical knowledge who might be able to understand the problem or even fix it because I am becoming dizzy.😡
