Need new eSIM

Thank you for your message.

 

Kindly note you can request an eSIM on the App by navigating to the Plan menu, tapping SIM & Phone Management (or Your SIM/eSIM), and selecting Request a replacement SIM/eSIM. Choose Get a replacement eSIM, confirm your email, and iD Mobile will send you a QR code to download and install.

I received my SIM card today but it's not working because there's no network and the card isn't working so I can't log in. Please help

Thank you for letting us know, and I’m really sorry to hear that your SIM has no network.

It’s possible that the SIM is not yet fully activated, and we’d like to look into this further for you.
