I’m just coming to the end of my 2 year contract. Only a few days left. So I’ve just bought a monthly plan eSIM. How do I transfer my number from the previous contract to the new eSIM plan? (Both on ID mobile) also need to cancel the 2 year contract.

@Aspkaw What you needed to do is do an upgrade and not take out a new plan. The only way for you to keep and transfer you orginal IDMobile number onto this new contract is.Request a PAC code from IDMobile and port it onto another network on a PAYGO plan.Once you've done this you can then request you new network for a PAC code so this you'll port onto your new IDMobile number and contract and follow the instructions.IDMobile do not allow porting of IDMobile to IDMobile number's to each other.You may also try talking to sales on0800 049 0250 or+44 20 7139 1397 mon to fri 9am to 6pm also available weekends.Joe 🙂
