transfer number to another esim of same id network

Hi. I have a physisal id sim with my phone number on it. I have a new contract with ID and its an esim with new number. How do i get my number transferred. Thanks

Hi @Cdm30379,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer your existing iD Mobile number directly onto a new iD Mobile plan.

To keep your current number, you would need to return the new plan and then upgrade the existing plan correctly. Once the return has been completed, our team can transfer you through to Sales, who will be able to discuss the upgrade options available while keeping your current number.
