I have just activated a new eSIM on id mobile and want to transfer my old number from Vodafone. I have the PAC code. Where do I do it ?

To transfer your number via PAC code to an activated iD Mobile eSIM, log in to the iD Mobile app or website, select "Switch to iD" under the 'Plan' section, and submit your PAC from your previous provider. Switching is available Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and takes one working day.
Steps to Transfer Your Number to an Active iD eSIM:
- Obtain PAC: Text
PACto 65075 from your old provider. - Access Portal: Sign in to your account at my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Initiate Switch: Go to the 'Plan' screen and select "Switch to iD".
- Enter Details: Submit your old phone number and PAC code.
- Confirm: Select your transfer date.
- Switch Complete: Once the transfer is done, delete your old eSIM profile.
Crucial Information
- Active eSIM: If your iD Mobile eSIM is already active, you can use the temporary iD number until the transfer is complete.
