Transfer number to existing ID contract

I have had a rolling contract with ID for nearly a year. I also have another number with EE that I am going to get a PAC code for. Can I use that PAC to replace the ID number on my existing ID (physical) sim with the EE number? If so, where can I do/request that? I don't want to change my plan.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us, 

     

    Yes, you can absolutely use a PAC code from your EE number to replace your current iD number on your existing SIM, and you won’t need to change your plan to do this.

    Once you have your PAC code, you can request the number transfer through your iD Mobile account (via the app or website). There should be an option for “Transfer your number” where you can enter the PAC and the number you’d like to bring over.

    If you’d prefer, we can also help process this for you, we can process on your behalf all you need is to reach out to us via socials (Facebook or Instagram) or via out live chat https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

     

    The transfer usually completes within 1 working day, though it can take a little longer over weekends or bank holidays.
