Transfer of phone number

Hi there, 

I have moved from 3 to ID recently. 
I gave my PAC number when changing and had yet to see my phone number update from the “filler” number I was given as the contract goes across. 
When can I expect this to update?

I’m really sorry to hear that your number hasn’t updated yet after transferring from Three using your PAC code I understand how important it is to have your original number working correctly.
 

Once a PAC transfer completes, your number should automatically replace the temporary “filler” number on your iD Mobile account. If this hasn’t happened, it may need a quick check from our side to ensure everything has processed correctly.
