transferred from old phone to new phone but still on old network

Hey I have just joined ID from EE and upgraded my I phone however as transferring phone to phone which went well it asked if I want to keep my old number which I said yes. Now everything has transferred to my new phone but I’m still on EE not ID? what have I done wrong?
