ID mobile will not load on to new phone

We are sorry to hear that your iD Mobile service isn’t loading on your new phone let’s get that sorted for you.

Please try the following steps:

Turn off your phone and remove the SIM card.

Gently reinsert the SIM card and switch the phone back on.

If it still doesn’t load, try your SIM in another phone (if available) to check whether the issue is with the SIM or the device.

Thanks, I tried that and it works in my old iPhone 14 just not the new iPhone 17

If your iD SIM works in your iPhone 14, but not your iPhone 17, sounds like an issue with the iPhone 17, ​@annodsenoj.

Make sure you insert your iD SIM correctly in the SIM tray of your iPhone 17.
