Hi @tdpearson,

If you are seeing “Travel 1” and “Travel 2” within your messaging settings, this can sometimes happen when the device has both a physical SIM and an eSIM installed, particularly if one of them is not linked to iD Mobile.

In some cases, the phone may attempt to send messages using the incorrect SIM/eSIM profile, which can then cause texts to fail to send.

If you do have another eSIM installed that is not affiliated with iD Mobile and you are no longer using it, we’d recommend removing or disabling it from the device settings.

You should also ensure that:

  • iD Mobile is selected as the default line for SMS/messages
  • The correct SIM is selected for mobile data and calls
  • The device is restarted afterwards

Once the unused eSIM has been removed or disabled, the messaging service should normally function correctly again.

If you are needing to delete one your SIM’s, here’s how:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Mobile Data / Cellular
  • Under SIMs, select the eSIM you no longer use
  • Tap Delete eSIM
  • Confirm the removal

We hope this helps.
