trouble porting numbers across

Hi, 

my wife and daughter both transferred to ID earlier in the year. My wife transferred successfully and number was transferred ok. My daughter moved a month later and her number seemed to replace my wife’s number and my wife’s number no longer seems to exist. For WhatsApp and Snapchat there is no issue but for any text or calls outside of those apps we have a lot of trouble. Calls and texts to my daughter go to my wife’s phone, including hospital appointments, and calls to my wife just come back as non existent number. Can you help sort out please?
