trouble with calls

Hello,

I just switched today my mobile to id mobile and no body can calm me. I can call without any problem, but people can’t call me back. My phone it is IPhone 15 pro max.

Try restarting your phone to refresh settings. A switch may take up to midnight to fully implement.

    Thanks for reaching out. We understand how frustrating it must be that you can make calls, but others can’t reach you after transferring your number to iD Mobile. On your iPhone 15 Pro Max, please try these steps to get your number recognized correctly:

     

    Go to Settings → Phone → My Number

    Delete the old number, enter your new (transferred) number, and tap Save

    Go to Settings → Messages → Turn off iMessage

    Go to General → Reset → Reset Network Settings

    After your iPhone restarts, go to Settings → Messages → Turn on iMessage

     

    This will ensure your SIM and transferred number are verified on the network.
