I have recently changed from another network to ID mobile.
it said I could change over using a PAC code after my sim arrived in the mail.
I have since received the SIM and tried to create a login to the ID app / online login.
it doesn’t seem to be working.
It wouldn’t accept my old number and I have tried using the ID mobile number on my first bill email.
I don’t seem to have mobile service and cannot receive the test message to login to the app.
could I have some help with this please?
I just would like to login to input my PAC code and swap my old number over.
