trying to switch old number over

I am following the process to switch my number however when I get to the page where I select the date they are all greyed out so I cannot select a date

Hi @Keithpaulb,

One of the reasons this happens is if your PAC is due to expire soon. Please request a new PAC and then try again! Here’s more information.

Hello, Could you help me switch my number over as well.
I’ve tried to create an account on ID to login to the app / online.
it doesn’t seem to accept my old number

and it doesn’t send the text message for my temporary ID number.

i’m just trying to login to put in the PAC number.

could I have some help with this please?
