I’ve just signed up for a new 12 month contract, I received an email telling me my “eSim is ready” but I didn’t ask for an eSim as I need a physical sim because my phone isn’t eSim compatible. Will I automatically be sent a physical sim too or do I need to request one?

Thank you for the message. Kindly be advised that we'll need to get you a physical SIM card, as the SIM option previously selected was an eSIM.
