Voicemail is turned on in the id mobile app but I am unable to access it

Thanks for your message.

 

Just to clarify, the correct iD Mobile voicemail number is 123 when dialling from your iD Mobile handset in the UK.

 

If you're still unable to access your voicemail, please make sure:

  • Voicemail has been fully set up in the iD Mobile app
  • You're in the UK (or have roaming services working if abroad)
  • You're dialling 123 directly from your iD Mobile SIM (not another network or app)

 

If it's still not working after this, let us know and we'll help troubleshoot further.

Ok I managed to but still very inefficient (I have been on this provider for almost a year and no problems before to access voicemail)
