Unable to activate new sim without SMS code

Hi, i’ve received a new ID mobile sim card and phone, but i can’t activate it because i have no signal at all, i also can’t log in or register for my account because i am unable to receive the SMS verification code.

please can you activate the SIM manually on your side in one go, i really need it working as i’m going to not have a phone soon!

Before changing network, always put your postcode into their NETWORK COVERAGE page. Regards your current problem just drive somewhere where there is coverage.
