unable to find IDEI numbef

I am unable to find my IDEI number, my phone screen is broken and need to send off for repair.

I'm sorry to hear that your screen is broken.

If you're unable to access the phone to find the IMEI number, you can try the following:

Check the original phone box, as the IMEI number is usually printed on a label on the outside.
If your handset has a removable SIM tray, the IMEI may also be printed on the SIM tray itself.
If you previously registered the device with the manufacturer, you may be able to find the IMEI in your online device account.
