unable to send photo messages

I am unable to send photos on messages

    If you’re referring to a phone, ensure MMS is enabled in settings😄

    Hi ​@Amyvickers,

     

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble sending photos in your messages.

     

    Photo messages (MMS) aren't included in your monthly allowance, so you'll need to have a bill cap in place to send them. If your bill cap is currently set to £0.00, the messages won't send.

     

    You can check or increase your bill cap in the iD Mobile app or your online account by going to Bills > Manage Bill Cap.

     

    If your bill cap is already set above £0.00 and you're still unable to send photo messages, let us know and we'll be happy to help further.
