I switched over from tesco to ID Mobile yesterday and used an eSim to get onto the network. However, I needed to factory reset my new iPhone after this (big mistake) that I am using with IDMobile - after I did this, I have been unable to get back on the network. I have tried 2 new different eSims sent to my email that the livechat service sent me but these will not work at all. Its as if I have accidentally glitched the system and I cannot connect at all.
When I click into mobile service, it still writes in the information as if I am still with Tesco but this is a brand new phone, confusing.
Is someone able to please advise as the live chat service is pretty useless and frustrating, thank you
