Hi,

I hope you’re well.

I’m getting in touch as I’m currently unemployed and experiencing some financial difficulty, so I’m finding it difficult to keep up with my phone bill payments at the moment.

I was wondering if you could let me know what options might be available to support me during this time, such as any temporary arrangements or alternative payment options.

I’d really appreciate any help or guidance you can offer.
