Hi,

 

I am looking to check that my phone is unlocked and can take an esim for a trip to Japan in 2 weeks?

    Kindly note that our handsets are unlocked and can be used with other networks. To confirm whether your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM, please let us know the make and model of your handset.

    If you are using an iPhone, you can check if it is unlocked by going to:

    Settings > General > About > Network Provider Lock

    If it says "No SIM restrictions", your device is unlocked.

     

    To check whether your device supports eSIM, you can also go to:

    Settings > General > About

    If you see an EID number listed, your iPhone supports eSIM.
