Unused new SIM blocked by chat agent

A new sim was sent to the wrong (similar) address. I contacted support using chat and the agent blocked the sim and was going to send a new sim to the correct address. As this was happening, the person who received the delivery, realised it was for me and delivered it to me by hand. I informed the agent who said they would now unblock the Sim so I could use it but to leave it for 1 hour. This I did but the sim must be blocked as there is no signal.

Are there any staff who could assist me please?

Unfortunately, no one here can assist you. You should speak to a support agent via their live chat service.

You can get a new SIM at any Curry’s shop.

Thank you. I managed to get through on chat and it’s all sorted. Apparently the first agent forgot to press a button.
I also managed to navigate chat to get to an agent! The bot did not understand my question at all.

    Hi @justaskin

Well done in managing to find your way through the chatbot to talk to an actual advisor!
Not many know that typing ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box bypasses the confounding maze that is the Live Chat bot.
