Hi, just upgarge from an unlimited sim package with ID Mobile to a new iphone with unlimited calls, text and data but I want to keep my old number and use my old phone with the new unlimited package. I see two different mobile numbers on my Mobile Service and now I can receive or make calls on my old number. Can someone help me please?

If you have two numbers, you haven’t upgraded but purchased a second plan instead. Return it and upgrade your existing plan.

As ​@WelshPaul has advised, it sounds like you have purchased an additional plan instead of completing the upgrade. 

Please refer to the link provided to arrange the cancellation of the new plan if you no longer wish to proceed.

I need sim deal 100 GD for £12 i try to upgrade but i can’t please help me because they show 24 month package amount already pay 24 month £48.09 please help me
