The upgrade phone has been cancelled. Why am I paying £14.99 pm for a sim only with 10GB of DATA?

I can help clarify this for you. The cancellation of an upgrade phone doesn’t automatically change or cancel the SIM-only plan you already have, that monthly charge continues unless you request to change or end it.
