upgrade via uswitch but already with id

I’m with ID mobile but I’ve just got a me upgrade with ID mobile of a comparison site as it was cheaper how can I keep the same number? I ordered e sim

Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile accounts. The only way to keep your existing number is by upgrading your current plan or by transferring a number to or from another network.

If you'd like to keep your current number, you'll need to contact uSwitch to arrange the return or cancellation of the new plan. Once that's been done, please get in touch with our Sales Team via Live Chat, who'll be able to help you upgrade your existing plan correctly while keeping your number.

I have requested a pac code so can I use it when I set it up

Hi @Nells bells,

Yes, you can use your PAC code if you're transferring your number to another network.

However, if you're trying to transfer your number from one iD Mobile account to another iD Mobile account, this isn't supported. PAC codes can't be used for internal iD Mobile to iD Mobile transfers, they're only for moving your number between different networks.
