I have just upgraded my sim only contract with iD to a pay monthly with iD . So now have a new phone. This was all done with iD over the phone as an upgrade. the person I spoke to said I’ll be given the option to transfer my number when setting up the new phone, however the phone keeps saying that the transfer of my current number is not supported! Any ideas how I transfer my e sim number to the new phone?
