Upgraded but no service

Upgraded at the weekend and phone seemed to work okay. Yesterday and today service dropped (unable to call or text) then started again then dropped off again. Trying to login to all my Apps again but verification codes not coming through by text. Help please!

Please confirm if you have selected to keep the same sim after the upgrade or fi you have requested a replacement or esim?
