Upgrated my contract but havent received a movile phone

Hello,

I have been with id mobile for over 2 years and recently upgraded my contract that should include iPhone 16 mobile phone. I have received a confirmation of the contract upgrade but haven’t received a phone. Could you advise when I will get a phone please?

@Zimzum  Best thing to do is call sale's on 020 7139 1397 From 9am onwards they'll be able to give you more detail about your upgrade.

I’m really sorry for the confusion and concern this has caused, especially after upgrading your contract.

I can see that your upgrade has been successfully confirmed, however the handset delivery is handled separately. I’ll need to check the status of the phone order to confirm whether it has already been dispatched, is pending, or if there has been a delay.
