Urgent: eSIM Deleted – Unable to Receive One-Time Passcode or Access Account For New eSIM

Hi iD Mobile Team,

I’ve accidentally deleted my eSIM from my iPhone, which means I can no longer receive text messages to verify my login.

I need to reinstall my eSIM and restore service as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I can’t log in to my iD account, as it requires an SMS code to the deleted SIM.

Could you please:

  1. Reissue my eSIM QR code (or reactivate my existing eSIM) and

  2. Send the QR code or activation link to my registered email address on file?

I’m happy to verify my identity using account details, billing address, or payment method if required.

Thank you for your help — I’d appreciate it if this could be expedited, as I currently have no mobile service.

P.S. I tried the live chat and that just sent me to the app, in a never ending loop.
