Urgent: Unable to Receive Calls or Texts After PAC Transfer

I switched from O2 to iD Mobile and requested a PAC code to retain my number. Although I have received confirmation that the transfer is complete and my services are active, I am currently unable to receive calls or text messages unless I am connected to Wi-Fi.

I have followed all troubleshooting steps advised, including:

  • Resetting network settings multiple times

  • Restarting my phone after each reset

  • Following all Android troubleshooting guidance provided by iD Mobile

  • Visiting Currys in-store, where staff also attempted troubleshooting without success

Despite this, the issue remains unresolved.

This problem has now been ongoing for over a week, and it is becoming critical. I am currently uncontactable via mobile network, which is particularly concerning as I am an emergency contact for a vulnerable family member.Given the nature of the issue, I believe this may be related to an incomplete or failed port of my number.

Given the circumstances, I ask that this issue is treated as urgent and resolved as quickly as possible.
