USA Cell Phone Want to Add UK Number

I am an American and would like to have a UK number due to my work at UK.

 

I do not have an address in UK nor do I have an UK cell phone.  Can I get on the eSIM plan?

    Please note that iD Mobile currently requires customers to provide a valid UK address when placing an order, including for SIM-only and eSIM plans. In addition, customers are generally expected to have been resident in the UK for at least 3 months for pay monthly applications, as part of the verification and credit assessment process.


    If you do not currently meet these requirements, an alternative option would be to use a Pay As You Go SIM instead. This would allow you to:

    • Make and receive calls
    • Send texts
    • Use mobile data
    • Top up as needed without a long-term contract or credit agreement

    This may be the most suitable option while you are establishing your stay in the UK.
