Viicemail issue - cannot listen to a message

Hello. I’m with ID for 1 week now. I’m abroad ATM. I tried to listen to my voicemail message but I keep getting a message  saying that I need to set up a PIN for a mobile which I have done this morning. Any suggestions how to solve this problem? Thank you!

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing your voicemail while abroad.

 

Please note that voicemail PIN setup and initial voicemail activation normally need to be completed while connected to the iD Mobile network in the UK. If the voicemail was not fully set up before travelling, this can cause issues when trying to access messages overseas, even if you’ve attempted to create the PIN abroad.

 

Once you return to the UK, please try the following:

  • Call your voicemail from your iD Mobile handset
  • Follow the prompts to fully set up and confirm your voicemail PIN and greeting
  • After this has been completed in the UK, voicemail access abroad should work correctly going forward
