Vodafone incoming calls

Since moving my number from Vodafone to IDmobile I have been unable to receive calls from some callers. I have narrowed this down to callers using the Vodafone network. Callers from Three, O2 and EE all seem to work.

Sounds like iD Mobile might not have completed the port from Vodafone to iD properly, ​@StokeBoy69

Can you please confirm what date the port took place and which handset you are using?

Hi the new PAC code was sent to on the 3rd December 2024. I using a iPhone16 Pro handset.

Is that when you submitted it to iD Mobile or just when it was generated please?

When I submitted it. The SIM activation code was sent on the 13th December.

I had something similar happen and it turned out my number transfer hadn’t finished fully. I called support and they fixed it pretty quickly once they checked the porting status.
