Voicemail box phone call loop issue

My voicemail setup is trapped in a PIN loop where every code I type is rejected as unavailable. Can you please manually reset and re-provision my voicemail backend?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your voicemail.

Unfortunately, we're unable to manually reset or re-provision voicemail from the Community.

We'd recommend trying the following:

Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
Call 123 again and try setting up a different PIN.
If you're using an iPhone, go to Settings > Phone and make sure there aren't any call forwarding settings affecting the service.

If you're still stuck in the PIN loop after trying the above, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They can investigate the issue further and, if necessary, raise it with our technical team for further investigation.
