Voicemail cap

When I rry to access my voicemail it sayz it is capped abd i need to go into tge app and unlock it. How do I solve this.

Go into the App to adjust your cap, or log in to id on a PC/PAD and do the same 😄

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty accessing your voicemail.

If your voicemail is showing as capped, you may need to activate the voicemail service through the iD Mobile app. Please try the following:

Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
Select the mobile number you're having the issue with.
Go to Manage or Services.
Select Voicemail.
If voicemail is showing as inactive or capped, select Activate, Turn On or Enable Voicemail.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.
Once activated, wait a few minutes and then restart your handset.
Dial 123 from your iD Mobile number to access your voicemail and check that it is working.

If you can't see the Voicemail option in the app, or it still says your voicemail is capped after you've activated it, please contact us via Live Chat so we can check the voicemail service on your account and assist you further.

Please let us know if you're still unable to access your voicemail after completing these steps.
