voicemail doesnt work

when i dial voicemail the number does not work, it’s just silent doesn’t even ring. i cannot listen to any message. I have tried everything

    • Are you currently in the UK?
    • Have you previously set up your voicemail?
    • Are you dialling 123 to access your voicemail?
