voicemail lost pin

I lost my voicemail pin, i can’t access I tried all the possible combinations but nothing

    Hi ​@S.41551,

     

    If you've forgotten your voicemail PIN, you can try changing it yourself by following these steps:

    1. Dial 123 from your iD Mobile phone.
    2. Listen to the menu options.
    3. Select the option for Voicemail Settings.
    4. Choose the option to change your PIN.
    5. Follow the prompts to enter and confirm a new PIN.
