Voicemail set up problem. i have to call from my phone that i am calling from!

How do you get access to voicemail? ((Tried "1" and "123", but nothing). i keep getting the message that i need to activate by calling from my phone... well i am calling from my phone!!!!

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I am so sorry that you unbale to get access to voicemail. 

The easiest way to enable or disable voicemail is via the iD Mobile app:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap Plan.
  3. Scroll down and tap Manage your iD services.
  4. Toggle Voicemail to ON or OFF.
  5. Tap Save to confirm.

Once you have enabled the voicemail you will need to set up a PIN. Make sure it isn’t easy to guess (we don’t accept simple sequences like 1111 or 1234).

 

Changing your PIN:

  1. Dial 123 from your iD mobile.
  2. Listen to the main menu prompts.
  3. Press 2 for settings, then press 1 to change your PIN.
  4. Enter your new PIN and confirm it.
