Hi @IDBeebee

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I am so sorry that you unbale to get access to voicemail.

The easiest way to enable or disable voicemail is via the iD Mobile app:

1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
2. Tap Plan.
3. Scroll down and tap Manage your iD services.
4. Toggle Voicemail to ON or OFF.
5. Tap Save to confirm.

Once you have enabled the voicemail you will need to set up a PIN. Make sure it isn’t easy to guess (we don’t accept simple sequences like 1111 or 1234).

Changing your PIN:

1. Dial 123 from your iD mobile.
2. Listen to the main menu prompts.
3. Press 2 for settings, then press 1 to change your PIN.
4. Enter your new PIN and confirm it.

Thank you,

Zandile

High, I have toggled the voicemail setting in the app but I still receive a message telling me that I have to call first to set up a PIN ???

Hi @Keefy61.

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to dial 123 to set up your voicemail PIN after enabling the voicemail setting in the app?

Thanks,

Marquerita

Hi Marquerita,

when I call voicemail it tells me to call to set up a PIN. I am currently abroad and I believe you have to set up your voicemail in the UK but I have to admit that seems very strange ??

regards,

Keith

Hi @Keefy61

That is correct, you will need to set up the voicemail feature in the UK before travelling abroad.

We understand this can feel like a complicated process, and we appreciate your feedback. We will take this on board and look at ways to improve the experience for our customers.

Mine still won't work

Hi @Millwalllads.

Thank you for your post. Have you tried what @Zandile M advised. If so, kindly confirm what error you are receiving?

Thanks,

Marquerita
