Question

waiting for mobile number

I signed up to ID mobile in Currys, the assistant handed me a SIM card and said I should get an email with my new mobile number in.

 

It’s been about 5 hours and I’m still waiting for said email with phone number. Does anyone know how long it’s supposed to take?

 

i need to then import my old number using a pac code so I’m keen to start the process

    Thank you for your message.

    I apologise that you've not yet received the email with your new iD Mobile number.

    In most cases, the email should arrive shortly after the account is created. As it has been around 5 hours, I'd recommend checking your junk and spam folders in case the email has been filtered there.
