Hi @Alenas,

If you're looking to temporarily stop internet access on your phone, we're unable to block mobile data only from our side.

We can suspend the SIM, however, this would block all services, including:

If you'd like the SIM temporarily suspended, please let us know and we'll be happy to advise on the next steps.

Alternatively, you can simply switch Mobile Data off within your phone settings if you still need to make and receive calls and texts.
