The student promotion is accessed through UNiDAYS, so if the offer isn't showing in your iD Mobile app, we'd recommend visiting the iD Mobile offer page on UNiDAYS and verifying your UNiDAYS membership first.

Once you've verified your membership, you can access the promotion and check the offer terms and eligibility. Please note that student offers are subject to the specific promotion terms and availability, so we can't guarantee that the offer can be applied directly to an existing iD Mobile account.

If the student offer is only available when taking out a new contract, taking out a separate new iD Mobile account would give you a different mobile number, as we don't support transferring a number internally between two iD Mobile accounts.
