what happens after i reach End date?

When my contract reaches it's end date what happens because my phone will be paid off

So what happens to my bill, no one has got in touch

Hi @Jakathey towards the end of your plan, you will receive an end of contract email, outlining your next steps. You may need to check your spam/junk folders for this.

Essentially, you can upgrade, upgrade your plan to a cheaper SIM only, end the plan, or leave it as it is. You can find out more about upgrading here - What is an Upgrade? | iD Mobile Community
