When my contract reaches it's end date what happens because my phone will be paid off

So what happens to my bill, no one has got in touch

    Hi ​@Jakathey  towards the end of your plan, you will receive an end of contract email, outlining your next steps. You may need to check your spam/junk folders for this.

    Essentially, you can upgrade, upgrade your plan to a cheaper SIM only, end the plan, or leave it as it is. You can find out more about upgrading here - What is an Upgrade? | iD Mobile Community
